Jaffna OBA AGM held on 28 Feb 2016

The Jaffna Hindu College Old Boys’ Association of Jaffna had its AGM 2016 on last Sunday, the 28 February 2016, at the Sabalingam Auditorium at the college. The AGM started at 9.00 AM with the offering of special pooja and prayers at the Gnana Bhairavar temple. The AGM was chaired  by Mr.S.Sunthareswaran , Chinmaya Mission Swamiji Jakkira Chaithanya and Mr.Aruthirumurugan attended the AGM as special guests and delivered their blessings for the OBA. Following those special addresses, Dr.P.Nanthakumar, the Secretary of the Jaffna OBA, read out the annual report and then, Mr.M.Ganesharajah, the Treasurer of Jaffna OBA, presented the financial report. Then the election of the office bearers for the new management committee was conducted under the temporary presidency of Mr.Satha Nimalan. At the election, Dr.Y.Yogeswaran was elected as the new President and Mr.S.Sivaroopan was elected as the Secretary. Other office bearers were also elected to run the new committee. The AGM came to a close at 2.00 PM with a delicious lunch.

யாழ்ப்பாணம் இந்துக் கல்லூரி யாழ்ப்பாணம் இந்துக் கல்லூரி பழைய மாணவர் சங்கத்தினரின் வருடாந்த பொதுக்கூட்டம் கல்லூரி சபாலிங்கம் அரங்கில் 28/02/2016 ஞாயிற்றுக் கிழமை அன்று காலை 9.00மணிமுதல் இடம்பெற்றது. ஞான வைரவர் ஆலயத்தில் இடம்பெற்ற பூசை வழிபாடுகளுடன் நிகழ்வுகள் ஆரம்பமாகின. திரு.சுந்தரேஸ்வரன் அவர்களிம் தலமையில் இடம்பெற்ற இந் நிகழ்வில் ஆசி செய்தியினை சின்மயா மிசன் சுவாமி ஜாக்கிர சைத்தன்யா அவர்கள் மற்றும் திரு ஆறுதிருமுருகன் அவர்கள் வழங்கினர். அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து வருடத்திற்கான செயற்பாட்டறிக்கை செயலாளர் வைத்தியர் ப. நந்தகுமார் அவர்களினாலும், வருடாந்த கணக்கறிக்கை பொருளாளர் திரு.மு. கணேசராசா அவர்களாலும் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டது. அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து புதிய நிர்வாக சபை தெரிவு செய்யும் நடவடிக்கை திரு சதா நிமலன் அவர்களை தற்காலிக தலைவராகக் கொண்டு இடம்பெற்றது.

வைத்திய கலாநிதி வை.யோகேஸ்வரன் அவர்கள் தலைவராக தெரிவுசெய்யப்பட்டார். திரு சி.சிவரூபன் அவர்கள் செயலாளராகவும் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டனர். அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து நிர்வாக சபை உறுப்பினர்கள் தேர்வு இடம்பெற்றது. அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து கல்லூரி கீத்தத்துடன் மதிய விருந்துடன் நிகழ்வுகள் யாவும் 2.00 மணியளவில் இனிதே நிறைவுற்றது.இந்துவின் இணையத்திற்காக யாழில் இருந்து சுஜீவன்.
